How it works

Donors, sponsors, churches, workforce partners, and community organizations may help fund access for qualified learners.
Learners receive access
Eligible students may receive charitable support or sponsored enrollment opportunities to help reduce financial barriers.

Flight Ready Academy® delivers the online training, guidance, and career-readiness experience for selected learners.

Wings of Opportunity is being developed to operate through a responsible fiscal sponsorship structure so charitable support, sponsorships, and learner access can be handled with transparency, accountability, and proper oversight.
We welcome conversations with donors, churches, workforce organizations, aviation professionals, community groups, and corporate partners who believe in creating more accessible pathways into aviation.
Important note: Flight Ready Academy® is an independent educational platform designed to help aspiring flight attendants prepare for the airline hiring process and the initial airline training environment. Flight Ready Academy® does not provide FAA-approved training, airline-approved training, regulatory certification, or official flight attendant qualification. Required training, certification, and qualification are completed through the hiring airline and/or the appropriate governing authorities. Wings of Opportunity is being developed as a charitable initiative/entity intended to support eligible learners through charitable access and sponsorship opportunities. Fiscal sponsorship arrangements, including any relationship with United Charitable, are subject to approval and formal acceptance.
