About Us
Flight Ready Academy is a Black-owned, minority-focused career readiness program preparing students for success in aviation and beyond. With nearly three decades of industry expertise, we provide a modern, interactive, and inclusive approach to tech-driven flight attendant training. Each student who completes our program earns a Certificate of Completion, demonstrating their readiness for airline hiring. While we focus on underrepresented communities, FRA is open to everyone. We support and encourage Diversity, Equity, and Opportunity.
