Is Flight Ready Academy affiliated with any airline?
No. Flight Ready Academy is an independent educational program and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any airline. Our goal is to help aspiring flight attendants better understand the hiring process, professional expectations, and career-readiness skills that can help them present themselves with confidence.
Can Flight Ready Academy guarantee I will get hired?
No. While we cannot guarantee employment, we provide expert training and preparation to help you feel confident and competitive during the application and interview process.
How long does the program take?
The program is self-paced. Most students complete it within 6 to 8 weeks.
Does Flight Ready Academy Provide an Official Certification?
No. Flight Ready Academy provides only a Certificate of Completion. This recognizes that a learner has completed FRA’s independent training modules. It is not FAA- or airline-approved or certified. Official flight attendant certification is handled through the hiring airline’s required training process and the FAA’s Certificate of Demonstrated Proficiency process.
Can this course help me earn my FAA flight attendant certificate?
No. While our training is informed by FAA safety standards to give you early familiarity with key concepts, you still must be hired and complete airline-specific training to earn your official FAA flight attendant certification.

Our curriculum was developed by veteran flight attendants and certified airline trainers with nearly five decades of combined experience in aviation and airline operations.

Are there any live sessions or is it self-paced?
The program is 100% self-paced and available 24/7. Some optional extras may be available, but there are no required live sessions.
Is this course suitable for international students?
Yes! While the course aligns with U.S. airline standards and FAA guidance, the content is valuable for international learners pursuing flight attendant careers globally.
How often is the course updated?
We regularly update course content to reflect changes in airline procedures, hiring trends, and student feedback.
Can I access the course after I complete it?
