Wings of Opportunity is being developed as a separate charitable initiative dedicated to empowering aspiring flight attendants. Our goal is to remove financial barriers, allowing talented individuals to access the comprehensive career preparation offered by Flight Ready Academy. While Flight Ready Academy may serve as the training provider for selected learners, Wings of Opportunity is distinct, focusing on making aviation careers accessible to all who dream of flying.
Who we serve
This initiative is designed to reach aspiring flight attendants who possess the dream, discipline, and potential for an aviation career but may need financial assistance for professional preparation. We especially welcome future learners who may be first-generation aviation professionals, career changers, young adults exploring aviation, single parents, underrepresented candidates, and individuals from communities with limited access to aviation career opportunities.
Partnerships for purpose
We intend for Wings of Opportunity to operate through United Charitable’s fiscal sponsorship model, if approved. This structure will allow donations to directly support our mission of reducing financial barriers for qualified learners. This page also extends an invitation to potential donors, sponsors, community partners, churches, workforce organizations, and aviation supporters who share our vision of creating more accessible pathways to aviation careers.
