The Concept

Wellness support for life on the line.

Flight Ready Wellness is being developed as a small, focused product line for the real daily rhythm of aviation life: dry cabin air, irregular meals, early report times, long duty days, layovers, constant travel, and the need to stay balanced, rested, and prepared.

Supplier Review Goals

We are looking for a fulfillment and private-label partner who can advise on available formulas, capsule formats, bottle options, hydration stick packs, daily packet options, pricing, margins, compliance support, and direct-to-customer fulfillment.

Six Product Pillars

A clear, practical starter line.

The goal is not to launch a large supplement catalog. The goal is to launch a polished, easy-to-understand collection built around six common wellness needs for cabin crew and frequent travelers.

CrewCore

Digestive Balance

Supports digestive balance and regularity during travel and changing schedules.

CrewCollagen

Hair, Skin & Nail Support

Supports healthy hair, skin, nails, and beauty-from-within routines.

CrewClarity

Focus & Cognitive Support

Supports calm focus, mental clarity, and everyday cognitive performance.

CrewCalm

Stress & Nervous System Support

Supports relaxation, calm mood, and normal nervous system function.

CrewComfort

Rest & Sleep Support

Supports relaxation and restful sleep after long days or layovers.

CrewCharge

Hydration & Electrolyte Support

Supports hydration and electrolyte balance in a convenient stick-pack format.

Packaging Direction

Premium, aviation-inspired, and travel-ready.

The visual direction combines a luxury wellness feel with subtle aviation cues: deep plum labels, warm gold accents, runway perspective lines, faint aircraft silhouettes, and color-coded product categories. If standard bottles are required, the label design should carry the premium feel.

Preferred Capsule Format

Capsules are preferred over tablets where possible because they are typically easier for customers to swallow.

Standard Bottle Option

We are open to standard white, amber, or green-tinted bottles if the label can remain premium and readable.

Hydration Stick Packs

Crew Charge is envisioned as an electrolyte powder in single-serve stick packs with a matching retail box.

Daily Pack Interest

We are interested in daily pouches containing 3–5 capsules per packet for crew travel convenience.

Design Priority

The purpose of each product should be immediately clear on the front label. The product names are brandable, but the benefit lines must be dominant: Digestive Balance, Hair/Skin/Nail Support, Focus & Cognitive Support, Stress & Nervous System Support, Rest & Sleep Support, and Hydration & Electrolyte Support.

Launch Structure

Three possible packaging paths.

1

Five Capsule Bottles

Crew Core, Crew Collagen, Crew Clarity, Crew Calm, and Crew Comfort packaged in standard private-label bottles, preferably capsules.

2

Hydration Stick Packs

Crew Charge packaged as electrolyte drink mix sticks, ideally in a 10, 15, or 30-stick retail carton.

3

Crew DayPack

A future hero product: individual daily pouches or AM/PM packets with selected capsule combinations for travel convenience.

Business Status

Direct-to-customer fulfillment, low or manageable minimums, supplier-provided Supplement Facts panels, COAs, cGMP documentation, and transparent pricing.

Supplier Questions

We would like to know which formulas best match this concept, what packaging formats are available, whether daily pouches are possible, what the per-unit costs would be, and what estimated margins may look like at suggested retail pricing.
