Flight Ready Academy® is operated by True Image Group LLC, doing business as Flight Ready Academy (“Flight Ready Academy,” “FRA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

We provide aviation career-preparation education, including pre-hire flight attendant training, digital lessons, assessments, downloadable learning materials, and Certificates of Completion.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise your use of the services.

Your purchase or use of the services confirms that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable law.

Course access is issued to the individual learner whose name and email address appear on the order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

• Each individual course account is limited to one learner.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, or publish your login information.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• We may suspend access while investigating suspected fraud, misuse, or account sharing.

Certificates must display the learner’s true legal or professionally used name. We may request reasonable verification before correcting a name or reissuing a certificate.

Course descriptions, included materials, access periods, prerequisites, and completion requirements are those shown on the applicable product or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Digital access may be delivered through Flight Ready Academy, Webador, an external learning platform, email, or another service identified at purchase. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking your spam or junk folder for access instructions.

Course access is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of the course content or any intellectual-property rights.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The price displayed at checkout controls and may change for future purchases. Applicable taxes, processing charges, or other clearly disclosed fees may be added before payment is submitted.

You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide and represent that you are authorized to use it. We may withhold or suspend access when a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or identified as potentially fraudulent.

Promotional offers and discount codes may have separate eligibility periods and conditions, may not be combined unless expressly stated, and have no cash value.

• The credit is limited to the original purchaser and may be used only once.
• The same learner name and email address should be used for both purchases.
• The credit is not transferable, refundable, redeemable for cash, or applicable to a past purchase.
• The credit applies only to the course price and does not create a refund if it exceeds the amount due.
• The learner is responsible for entering the required code or following the redemption instructions before checkout is completed.
• Unless expressly stated, the credit may not be combined with another discount or promotional offer.

Requests submitted after the 90-day eligibility period may be denied. Flight Ready Academy may verify eligibility before issuing or honoring the credit.

Because digital course access may be provided immediately, refund eligibility is limited. Unless a different written policy is displayed at checkout, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase only when:

• the request is submitted through the Flight Ready Academy website contact form;
• no certificate has been earned or issued;
• no assessment has been completed; and
• the learner has not accessed, viewed, streamed, or downloaded a substantial portion of the course or its materials.

After substantial course access, completion of an assessment, download of protected materials, or issuance of a certificate, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by law.

Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or failure to receive purchased access should be reported promptly so that we can investigate the matter. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by law.

A course may require completion of lessons, activities, knowledge checks, and a final assessment. Unless a course page states otherwise, a score of 80% or higher is required to pass a graded assessment. Retake rules may vary by course.

A Certificate of Completion is issued only after the learner satisfies the published course requirements. We may withhold, revoke, or correct a certificate obtained through false information, account sharing, unauthorized assistance, copying, manipulation of course systems, or other misconduct.

A Flight Ready Academy Certificate of Completion documents completion of an FRA educational program. It is not an FAA license, FAA certificate, airline qualification, college degree, professional license, or guarantee of employment.

Flight Ready Academy provides pre-hire educational preparation. Our content may be informed by aviation experience, publicly available information, and FAA cabin-safety standards, but it does not replace an airline’s required training, operating procedures, manuals, security directives, medical advice, legal advice, or official government instruction.

Airlines and other employers independently determine hiring standards, background checks, interview processes, training requirements, scheduling, compensation, and employment decisions. We do not promise or guarantee an interview, job offer, successful airline-training outcome, promotion, income level, or other career result.

You agree not to:

• use the website or courses for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purpose;
• copy answers, impersonate another learner, or obtain unauthorized assistance on an assessment;
• attempt to bypass access controls, payment controls, completion rules, or technical safeguards;
• upload malware, scrape content, reverse engineer course functions, or interfere with the website;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against, or invade the privacy of another person;
• misrepresent your relationship with Flight Ready Academy or imply an endorsement that does not exist; or
• use course content to create, train, sell, or distribute a competing course, database, or artificial-intelligence product.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation. When reasonably appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

The Flight Ready Academy name, logo, course design, written lessons, videos, audio, images, assessments, downloadable files, certificates, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Flight Ready Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We grant an enrolled learner a limited license to access purchased materials for personal, non-commercial education. Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, record, republish, translate, modify, sell, license, broadcast, publicly display, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials.

Limited downloading or printing is allowed only when a course expressly provides a downloadable resource and only for the enrolled learner’s personal use.

We may use third-party services for website hosting, video delivery, payment processing, email, forms, assessments, analytics, or course access. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

References to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that Flight Ready Academy controls or endorses the third party. We are not responsible for external content, availability, security, or transactions outside our control.

Flight Ready Academy seeks to make its learning experience usable by a broad range of learners. If you experience an access barrier or need reasonable assistance using course materials, contact us through the website and describe the issue and the course involved.

We will make a good-faith effort to identify a reasonable solution, although the availability of a particular format or accommodation may depend on the material, technology, and applicable law.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy posted on our website. You agree that we may send transactional communications needed to process your purchase, deliver course access, provide support, administer assessments, issue certificates, protect accounts, and communicate important service or policy changes.

Marketing messages, where used, will be handled according to the choices and opt-out methods provided with those messages. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary service communications.

We may maintain, improve, reorganize, or update the website and course materials. We may replace outdated examples, correct errors, revise assessments, or make reasonable changes that do not materially reduce the educational value of a purchased course.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security issues, internet failures, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to restore access, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

If we permanently discontinue a paid course during a stated access period, we may provide replacement access, a substantially comparable resource, an extension, or another remedy appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the website, courses, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Flight Ready Academy disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.

We do not warrant that every statement will remain current after publication, that every employer will follow the same practices, or that the services will be uninterrupted, free from all errors, or compatible with every device, browser, internet connection, or assistive technology.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you. Your non-waivable legal rights remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flight Ready Academy and its owners, officers, contractors, instructors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a paid course will not exceed the amount you paid Flight Ready Academy for the specific course giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Flight Ready Academy with a clear description of the issue and the requested resolution. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable period.

Except where another law must apply, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding relating to these Terms or the services must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arizona, unless applicable consumer law permits you to bring the matter elsewhere.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from using an eligible small-claims process or seeking urgent relief to protect intellectual property, confidential information, account security, or personal safety.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless the change is required for legal, safety, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
